Construction or Upgrade of E-Shop with subsidy 90%

It starts at 15 June 2022 the support of small and medium-sized enterprises through vouchers, for the exploitation of new digital products and services.
Purpose of the ProgrammeDigital SME ToolsEnhancing the digital maturity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of the country, operating in a wide range of sectors of the economy. Through the Program, participating companies can be supported in order to:
- modernise their productive, commercial and administrative operation;
- upgrade the way of communication and cooperation and introduce new forms of hybrid work (hybrid workplace);
- digitalise electronic transactions with customers and partners, including e-commerce;
- increase the level of security and trust in online transactions by leveraging new digital products and services.
To this end, the ProgrammeDigital SME ToolsIt will provide cheques (vouchers) that will be made available for the acquisition, through purchase or lease, of new digital products and services.
Beneficiaries
Under the Programme, existing private enterprises engaged in an economic activity are supported, for which the following cumulative conditions are met:
- They have their registered office or branch office in the Greek territory with a Greek TIN.
- They are active on the date of submission of the application for Funding from the Program.
- Established/established before 01.01.2022.
- They constitute a legal entity (S.A., Limited Liability Company, General Partnership or Limited Partnership, I.K.E, Individual Enterprise, Social Cooperative Enterprise, Cooperative) or an Individual Enterprise and keep simplistic or double-entry books.
In section 2.1 of Invitation, all the conditions for participation in the Programme are presented in detail.
The beneficiaries of the Program are included in the following distinct categories and subcategories based on employment (dependent work):

Amount and intensity of aid
The value of the vouchers is proportional to the size of the business as reflected in the 2021 AWUs and ranges from 900€ – 18.000€ with aid intensity 90%.
Eligible investment costs
- Each Beneficiary Category 1 can be financed for the purchase of a single subsidised solution (composition of products / services), which is invoiced and paid in total in one transaction, with part of the repayment coming from the redemption of cheques of the Program (public funding).
- Each beneficiary of Category 2, 3 or 4 can be financed for the purchase of one or more subsidised solutions. Each subsidized solution is invoiced and paid in total in one transaction, with part of the payment coming from the redemption of cheques of the Program (public funding). In order to be able to purchase solutions through multiple transactions, the corresponding aid may be broken down into more than one cheque (all of which will add up to the total voucher value allocated to the beneficiary)

Duration of the programme
- Funding applications: by 22/06/2022 until 14/09/2022.
- Purchasing digital products and services using vouchers: until 30/11/2022.
- Completion of all types of payments & completion of programme: until 31/01/2023.
- Funding applications: by 22/06/2022 until 14/09/2022.
- Purchasing digital products and services using vouchers: until 31/03/2023.
- Completion of all types of payments & completion of programme: until 31/05/2023.
Obligations
- Strictly adhere to the terms of the Program.
- Submit only one proposal per TIN with accurate and true facts and data.
- Maintain for demonstration all documentation foreseen as appropriate. Specifically, the confirmation of eligibility (active and eligible activity, EPF, turnover, etc.) and the documentation/confirmation of completion of the transaction and receipt of approved Digital products/services.
- Avoid virtual transactions.
- Poster A3 or banner poster.
How you can benefit from the program
We offer a variety of solutions that are subsidised at a rate of 90% from the program.
- Companies that do not have an online store have the opportunity to enter the field of e-commerce with a new eshop taking advantage of the present subsidy.
- Companies that already have an online store have the opportunity to improve their eshop with new services and interconnections. The actions that can be included in the programme are:
- Upgrading the eshop platform to the latest version
- Creating an interface with commercial ERP applications to synchronize your eshop with your warehouse.
- Creation of an interface with courier companies to automatically create a Voucher and inform customers about the progress of their order
- Additions for extra functionality and services.
