Data collection is carried out with a view to providing better services to our Customers. The term “data” can refer both to simple and comprehensible information and to more complex information. The use of these elements refers to the identification of a user in a unique way, inter alia, for the purpose of displaying targeted advertisements, remarketing or messages.
Data that cannot be directly associated with the identity of a natural person may also be collected. Indicatively we mention: IP addresses, browsers, operating system, cookies, advertising identifiers, type of device, etc.

The Company considers as confidential the requests completed by its customers and the electronic correspondence they send through its services and does not transfer the content thereof except to the directly interested recipient and to the law, if this is requested or if the content of the message is considered to affect it or is associated with illegal actions.

For the registration of domain names of any extension (e.g. .GR, .COM, .EU and the rest of the extensions) the data is required to be true and accurate, as is the case for their update or correction from time to time by the Customer. Otherwise, the respective Register of Names retains incorrect, inaccurate or old data and then will not be able to contact the Registrant who may lose his Domain Name. In the event of a deliberate declaration of false information then the Customer violates the Terms and Conditions of Registration of Domain Names and may in this case also lose his Domain Name when and if this is found by the corresponding Register.
The information on domain names is freely available on the Internet after searching for the registration details of a domain name (whois tool) available on the webpages of registrars. The information provided by the search includes the names, addresses and other details of their holders. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) requires certified registrars to publish this information in Whois search results once domain registration is complete. The plethora of information published depends on the respective Register and is at its discretion to exercise its own privacy policy.
In .gr domain names, the registration details of both natural and legal persons are automatically and free of charge hidden from the Greek Registry of Domain Names. For more information please visit the new regulation page of this register here.
Corresponding information is provided by each register that provides a name with the corresponding suffix and determines what data is available on the internet.
