The use of redhost.gr implies the full acceptance of the terms and conditions set by the Company. The user or visitor of the Company's proprietary websites, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", regardless of whether he makes orders for services or products from our Company. It is expressly forbidden to use the Company's websites in case of non-acceptance of the terms and conditions by the Customer.
Technical support
It is assured that the material uploaded to the server by the Customer should be ready and will not require any additional processing by the Company in order to operate. The Company has the right to access the Customer's files, websites and data.
The Company is not obliged to provide technical support regarding the content of the customer's website and the uploading of its content to the server. The Company will provide technical support to the Customer only if it wishes to do so.
The free transfer of sites is only possible if it is feasible and does not affect the security of the company's servers. The company bears no responsibility for the incomplete transfer of the site or for its invalid transfer. The Customer is obliged to provide the company with any information related to his site requested by our technicians.
The Company is not responsible for any damage caused in case of unavailability of the network or system and does not guarantee that the hosting service will be uninterrupted or no mistake will be made, due to the special nature of the Internet and the networks through which the information is distributed. The Company, under any circumstances and circumstances and for any reason, has no responsibility for any damage or loss of data resulting from the use, availability or unavailability of the services it offers.
The Company bears no responsibility in the event that the backup of the files and databases it receives at regular intervals is not up-to-date or cannot be used.
Content
The Company is not responsible for the content of the information that passes through its server network. It is the Customer's obligation to update and upgrade the code they use for their websites in order to be compatible with their servers and installed applications. The Company regularly upgrades installed applications on its servers in order to maintain security levels at the highest possible level.
It is prohibited to use the Company's services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to publishing pornographic content, pirated content, files derived from theft, republishing content without the necessary permission of the publisher and the granting of copyright, sending mass mail without the approval of the recipients and reporting the identity of the sender. Any user who uses or encourages the visitors of his pages through links to pages with content or practices that fall under the above, may be led to an immediate interruption of the cooperation with the Company, which can also justify any positive and consequential damage from the improper use of its services.
The sole judge of whether and to what extent the pages placed by the user fall into one of the above categories is only the Company which has the right to delete without prior notice, if it deems it necessary, accounts of users who violate the above terms.
The Company is not responsible for the content of its users' accounts and does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by them.
The Company has the right to delete customer data (files, databases, email, etc.) after the end of the hosting period and has no obligation to retain or restore a copy.
The Company is obliged to disclose all information given to it by the customer or resulting from cooperation with the customer (personal data) in the event of a prosecutor's intervention or in the event of a request from a competent authority. This information includes data resulting from the use of the Company's services, such as files and databases.
The customer agrees that he/she intends to make reasonable use of his/her email and that the average traffic of the emails he/she distributes through the server is within the normal traffic of an average Internet user, which is defined as sending 100 emails per hour per domain name.
The following are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination of the account:
- Sending bulk or non-bulk messages to recipients who have not requested the receipt of the messages (spamming).
- Subscribe to a recipient's mailing list without their approval.
- Advertising of services and products sites hosted on the Company's server through spamming in any indirect or direct way, even if the messages were sent outside the Company's servers.
The Company has the right to delete an email account without a second warning in a proven spamming complaint.
Emails are kept on the server for 40 days. At the end of the 40-day period, a permanent deletion can be made.
The customer must always have his contact details up-to-date and notify the Company of any changes. The communication and information of the Company to the Customer on issues related to his account (upgrades to servers, expiration - renewal of account, etc.) is carried out by email or through relevant information pages on the Company's site. The Customer must regularly check the email he/she has set as the main contact email and the Company's website in order to be informed about issues related to his/her account. The contact email should not be an email that keeps on our company's servers. All information transmitted by the Company's customer is confidential and the Company has taken all necessary measures to use it only when deemed necessary within the framework of the services provided.
Proper use
The customer agrees that he/she intends to make reasonable use of the server resources hosted, that not all server resources are intended for his/her own use and acknowledges that he/she shares the server resources with other users.
The limit on the use of computing power (CPU) and server memory in shared packages is set at 15 % the overall resources of the server.
If the processes performed in the customer's account consistently exceed the consumption of 15% of the overall resources of the server, the customer is informed about it in order to terminate the specific processes. If after the update the customer's account continues and shows increased consumption of the total resources of the server then the Company reserves the right to terminate or limit the processes without any other relevant information to the customer.
The available server resources are intended exclusively for use within the accounts of the Company's customers. It is forbidden to make resources available in any way to third party sites in any form, including but not limited to drawing graphics or texts from third party sites, material located on the Company's server, execution of banner exchange programs, proxy, file sharing, etc.
It is expressly forbidden to use irc bot and chatrooms, due to the excessive load caused by the above applications on servers.
The customer must supervise the size of the space occupied by him and the other users of his account on the Company's hard drives, so that it does not exceed the limits set. In case the space occupied exceeds the limits, the Company reserves the right to delete files in order to return the used space to the permissible limits.
The hosting packages are given by the Company only for proper use of the web site and email. The use of excessive system resources is not acceptable. It is prohibited to execute autonomous processes, web spider or Indexer, bit torrent for illegal file trafficking, file-sharing, peer-to-peer, gaming servers, mail server, streaming site, direct and indirect video retransmission greater than 10MB. The total number of emails sent may not exceed 100 emails per domain per hour. In the event that the use of the Company's services by the customer creates, at the Company's discretion, beyond the permissible limits, an overload of the Company's equipment and resources, the Company may suspend the operation of the account until the cause of the overload is determined and resolved. The Company reserves the right to neutralize intensive mechanisms that burden server resources, such as the CPU.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that are stored on the user’s computer – a visitor to a page that uses cookies. They are created when someone uses their browser to visit a page which uses them to record the user’s movements within the site, their preferences or to ‘remember’ the login details. They are not used to reveal the user's identity or other personal information and cannot create any problem on the user's computer. The Company makes daily backups and keeps them for 14 days.
The Company bears no responsibility in the event that the backup of the files and databases it receives at regular intervals is not updated or cannot be used.
The Company is not responsible for any damage (financial or other) resulting from the failure of hardware or software systems. The customer undertakes that he will not have any claims other than the recovery of backup copies, which the Company is obliged to maintain in its own system at regular intervals specified by it.
The Company has the right to delete customer data (files, databases, email, etc.) after the end of the hosting period and has no obligation to retain or restore a copy.
Transactions – payments
The indicated prices of the products are in euros and VAT is not included. Payment for services and products is made in advance. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. It is understandable that the Customer always pays the price indicated in the relevant price lists for this product or service at the time of ordering. The Company has the right to offer packages or offers that will have more favorable terms or prices than those that existed when the Customer initially purchased services from the Company. These changes in prices and terms do not affect the existing prices of the parties. The price paid by the Customer to the Company for hosting services will never change after the order has been placed. The Company reserves the right to change at any time the resources and prices of hosting services displayed on its site for purchase by future customers.
The Customer has the ability to pay his orders through bank deposit, credit card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and via Paypal. The credit card is charged after checking and certifying the data and its validity. In case of deposit in a bank account, the Company for the proper settlement of the order will take into account the reason for deposit and not the name of the depositor.
In the event that the Customer has one or more unpaid services in his account, then the Company has the right to suspend, discontinue or delete all his domains or hosting accounts, paid or not, without the obligation to provide backups to the Customer.
The Company bears no responsibility if during the order process by the Customer and before its payment, the domain chosen is registered by someone else from the moment that from the side of the Company, the registration is completed after the confirmation of payment.
These terms of use of the website redhost.gr are drawn up on the basis of all the rules of law of the Greek territory, are governed by Greek law, by the applicable legal provisions of the European Union and by the International Treaties and are interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith, business ethics and the social and economic purpose of the right. In the event that a term or provision of these terms of use is held to be invalid or voidable, such invalidity or voidability shall not affect the validity of the other terms, and the parties shall make every effort, in accordance with the above principles, to replace the invalid or voidable provisions or conditions with others that are as close as possible to the content of the invalid or voidable terms or provisions.
