The SEV Guide was based on the initiative of BusinessEurope and other European business organisations "Recommendations for a better presentation of information to consumers", and is a useful voluntary tool for businesses.
The annual nationwide B-C e-commerce survey conducted by SELPE and the Electronic Commerce Laboratory (ELTRUN) of the Athens University of Economics and Business was completed with the support of GRECA (Hellenic Electronic Commerce Association).
