The submission of applications for the new Action of EPAnEK "e-retail" with the aim of subsidising SMEs for the creation or upgrade of an e-shop begins on 22/2/2021.
Online stores at a rate of up to 72% provide no or incomplete information to consumers about their rights.
The SEV Guide was based on the initiative of BusinessEurope and other European business organisations "Recommendations for a better presentation of information to consumers", and is a useful voluntary tool for businesses.
