The exact scope of each project is determined by the respective offer or agreement.
The client must provide in a timely manner the material and information required for the implementation of the project, such as texts, photographs, logos, corporate identity data, products, access data and other data.

Hospitality services
RedHost provides web hosting, email, VPS and other related services using infrastructure and services of partner or third party providers.
RedHost does not own the data centers, networks or all equipment used to provide the services. The selection and management of the collaborating providers is based on technical, economic and operational criteria. The available features, resource limits and capabilities of each package are determined by the respective service.
The customer must use the service in a way that does not cause problems to the operation of the infrastructure or to other customers.
In the event of a particularly high consumption of resources or behaviour that significantly affects the operation of the service, RedHost may take technical measures to protect the infrastructure, such as process limitation, temporary suspension of a specific operation or a proposal to switch to a more appropriate package.
Where practicable, the customer shall be informed before such measures are taken.

In unmanaged VPS, the customer is responsible for managing the operating system, applications, users, passwords, security updates, and software they install.
In managed services, RedHost undertakes the tasks described in the respective agreement.
RedHost is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect settings, malware, unsafe software or actions taken by the customer or a third party who has access to VPS.
Domain Names (Domain Names)
RedHost provides domain name registration and management services as a reseller/associate of authorized domain registrars.
RedHost is not itself the Registry or, where not otherwise provided, the Registrar of the domain.
The registration, renewal, transfer and management of a domain is carried out through the associated authorized registrar and, where applicable, in accordance with the rules of the respective Registry.
RedHost undertakes the communication and processing of the service to the customer in the context of its cooperation with the respective registrar.
The availability of a domain cannot be considered final until the registration process has been successfully completed.
The customer is responsible for the correctness and updating of the data used for the registration and management of the domain.
RedHost is not responsible for loss or inability to use a domain due to incorrect customer information, late renewal, violation of the rules of the respective Registry or registrar/Registry action that is not due to RedHost's fault.
If a domain expires, services that depend on it, such as a website, email or DNS, may be interrupted.

The existence of backups is not an absolute guarantee that any data can be retrieved in any case.
The customer must keep their own backup copies of the data they deem important.
The backup reset may, depending on the service and the case, be provided free of charge or be a chargeable task.
Once a service has been permanently discontinued, the data may be deleted after the retention period applicable to the respective service has elapsed.

For security reasons, RedHost may temporarily restrict access to an account when there is serious evidence of a breach or malicious use.

The customer declares that he has the necessary rights to use this material and is responsible for any third party claims arising from it.
Software, applications, graphics, templates, code, plugins and other elements created or used by RedHost remain the property of RedHost or its respective beneficiaries, unless otherwise agreed.
The delivery of a work to the customer does not automatically imply the transfer of all intellectual property rights.
For third party software, plugins, themes, libraries or other services, their respective licenses apply.
Personal Data
RedHost processes personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on its website.
Where, in the context of a service, RedHost processes personal data on behalf of the customer, the relevant provisions of data protection law apply and, where necessary, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is concluded.

Services may be temporarily interrupted for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, security work or emergency technical troubleshooting. Where possible, scheduled operations shall be carried out in a manner that limits their impact on the functioning of the services.
Suspension or Interruption of Service

- overdue debt,
- violation of these terms,
- a serious security risk;
- unlawful use;
- a significant burden on infrastructure;
- a requirement of a competent authority;
- or any other situation requiring immediate technical or legal action.
Where circumstances permit, the customer shall be informed prior to the suspension.
After discontinuing a service, the customer must pay any debts that have already been incurred.
Limitation of Liability
RedHost is liable for damages due to its own fault, in accordance with the applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, RedHost shall not be liable for damages arising solely from:
- services or infrastructures of third parties;
- actions or omissions of the customer,
- incorrect settings or use of the service,
- malicious actions of third parties;
- loss of passwords or unauthorized access due to poor customer protection;
- problems with third-party software or services;
- events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor does it limit rights that are compulsorily granted to consumers.
Higher Violence
RedHost is not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fires, severe power or telecommunications outages, large-scale cyberattacks, war events, strikes, government decisions or serious infrastructure problems of third-party providers.
Right of Withdrawal
Where the customer is a consumer and the service is purchased at a distance, the provisions of the legislation on the right of withdrawal apply. The consumer may, where provided for by law, withdraw from the contract within the statutory time limit, without having to state the reason.
If the customer requests to start providing a service before the legal withdrawal period has passed, RedHost may normally start providing the service. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal before the service is completed, an amount corresponding to the part of the service already provided may be due, in accordance with applicable law.
If a service is fully completed before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may not apply, provided that the customer has explicitly requested the start of the service before the expiry of the period and has been informed of the relevant consequences.
For digital services, subscriptions and digital content, depending on the nature of the service, the more specific rules laid down in the applicable legislation apply.
Where necessary, RedHost may, at the time of ordering, ask the customer for explicit confirmation that he wishes to start the service immediately.
For the registration and management of domain names, RedHost acts as a reseller of authorized registrar services. The registration and management of domain names is carried out in accordance with the rules of the respective registrar and Registry, as well as with the applicable legislation.
In any case, these terms do not limit consumer rights that are mandatory under applicable law.
Modification of Services and Terms
RedHost may modify or renew the services it provides, when this is necessary for technical, operational, security reasons or due to changes in the services and infrastructure of the partner providers.
Changes may concern, inter alia, the technical characteristics of a service, its modus operandi, available capabilities or the infrastructure used to provide it.
When a change materially affects an active service or the terms on which it is provided, RedHost informs the customer where required by law or agreement between them.
RedHost may also amend these Terms when this is required due to a change in the law, the services it provides or the way it operates. The current version is published on RedHost's website.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any agreement between RedHost and the customer are governed by Greek Law.
RedHost and the customer make every effort to resolve any dispute arising within the framework of their cooperation in an amicable manner, before going to court.
For any dispute arising from the cooperation between RedHost and the customer concerning a professional or business transaction, the competent courts of Lamia have exclusive jurisdiction.
Where the customer is a consumer, the provisions of the applicable law concerning his protection and the jurisdiction of the courts shall apply.
